The Unifor Public Review Board (PRB) is a Tribunal for adjudicating disputes that Unifor members have with the Union. The PRB reviews the decisions and actions of subordinate bodies.
This can involve matters related to:
- the conduct of Local elections,
- alleged violations of the Code of Ethics and Democratic Practices,
- the processing of charges against Union members and officers,
- and even a limited supervisory role regarding the handling of grievances.
